You’ll walk into the gym with certainty instead of hesitation.
You’ll know exactly what to do, how much to lift, how to progress, and how to avoid burnout or injury.
Most importantly, you’ll build the habits and systems that make consistency feel natural instead of forced.
This program is built to change how you train — and how you feel — for the rest of your life.
What Women Say:
Before working with Ana, I constantly felt like I was either pushing too hard or not doing enough. I struggled with energy dips, emotional snacking, and never felt fully confident walking into the gym. Ana helped me understand my hormonal rhythms, train with structure instead of pressure, and build physical strength without sacrificing mental well-being. The result? I’m stronger at 49 than I was in my 30s — and finally have a system I can maintain for life.
— Client, 49, Manhattan Executive
I spent years trying different programs and always ended up injured or overwhelmed. Ana didn’t just show me how to lift — she taught me how to listen to my body. I now walk into the gym with certainty, lift heavier than ever, and my confidence spills into every part of my life.
— Client, 36, NYC (Postpartum)

Curriculum Overview
Each week builds on the last to help you train smarter and feel stronger.
Week 1 — Foundations & Confidence
You’ll learn how to train with proper form, understand movement patterns, and build confidence in the gym. This week sets the foundation for strength, alignment, and technique.
Week 2 — Hormones, Strength & Technique
We dive into female physiology, hormonal training cycles, and strength progressions. You’ll understand how your body responds to training so you can get results safely and efficiently. You’ll also learn how to adjust your training during different phases of your cycle so you stay consistent, avoid burnout, and make progress year-round.
Week 3 — Nutrition, Recovery & Body Awareness
Learn the essentials of strength-focused nutrition, recovery, stress management, and nervous-system regulation. You’ll build habits that support sustainable results.
Week 4 — Strength, Mobility & Skill
This week blends strength training concepts with mobility, coordination, and movement quality. You’ll learn how to activate the right muscles, refine technique, and understand how strength, mobility, and stability all connect. We’ll also introduce hands-on practice sessions so you can feel the difference between “doing the movement” and doing it correctly.
Week 5 — Mind-Body Mastery
We dive into the psychology of strength: habit formation, motivation, nervous-system regulation, and emotional resilience. You’ll learn how stress, sleep, hormones, and intention influence your progress — and how to use that knowledge in real time. This week includes guided practical sessions where you’ll apply cues, breathing, visualization, and body-awareness techniques that instantly improve your training.
Week 6 — Integration & Long-Term Strategy
The final week pulls everything together. You’ll build a personalized training blueprint, nutrition routine, and nervous-system regulation plan tailored to your lifestyle. You’ll also practice movements, receive feedback, and test your progress. The goal is simple: leave with total clarity on what to do for the next 6–12 months — without confusion, overwhelm, or guesswork.
